How does Unlimited Rental Anime Pass work?
Your 10-day free trial starts when as soon as you sign up. To avoid any charges you would need to cancel before the 10th day. Any titles you have out must be received in our office within 7 days of cancellation to avoid further charges.
Your free trial begins as soon as you create your account and start your subscription. Please check your email for your to validate your email account.
To verify your account information and identity, we require a valid credit card for all Anime Pass subscriptions, including free trials.
If you do not have a Credit/Debit Card we can accept payment via Money Order and Personal Check. A $75 deposit is required plus your monthly subscription fee. When you cancel and return your rentals within 7 days we will return your deposit in full.
When your free trial period is over, your subscription is automatically extended at the price point of your subscription plan, plus any applicable sales tax.
Free Shipping and Postage
Select your movies at sign-up and they should arrive in your mailbox in about 1 business day via U.S. mail. When you finish watching a movie, simply put it in its prepaid envelope and mail it back to us. After we receive it, we'll send your next available movie. Shipping is always free both ways — no hidden charges.
What plans do you offer and what are the Subscription Fees?
Subscription fees are billed to your credit card on the first day after the end of your free trial period, and on the first day of each monthly billing period after that. Every month you will receive an email stating your next billing date.

So how do I rent?
Renting is a snap. Once you create your account simply browse our inventory. When you come across a title you would like simply press "add to wishlist". Once you add all your titles to your wishlist you can arrange the titles in your list any way you like.
The titles at the title of your list will ship first (pending availability). You can add as many titles to you wishlist as you like. Keep your queue full so you can always have a movie shipped to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You may also use a debit card, as long as it is connected with either Visa or MasterCard. Your card will be validated at the time of account processing.
We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. A $75 deposit is required plus your monthly subscription fee. When you cancel and return your rentals within 7 days we will return your deposit in full.
If you add a new credit card to your account, an authorization fee of the subscription plan will be charged. We receive no funds from this transaction. However, some banks or credit card companies choose to reserve the funds, making them temporarily unavailable to your account. The authorization usually "expires in 1-5 business days, depending on the bank or credit card company’s policy.

Cancellation
You can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees. |
