At Animedeluxe you can sign up for our Anime Pass where you get unlimited DVD rentals for one flat subscription rate. You can watch as many movies as you want with no late fees. With the Anime Pass you will also be entered in our monthly DVD giveaway.

Your free trial starts when your account is activated. To avoid any charges you would need to cancel before the last day of your free trial. Any titles you have out must be received in our office within 7 days of cancellation to avoid further charges.
Your free trial begins as soon as you create your account and start your subscription.
To verify your account information and identity, we require a valid credit card for all Anime Pass subscriptions, including free trials.
If you do not have a Credit/Debit Card we can accept payment via Money Order and Personal Check. A $75 deposit is required plus your monthly subscription fee. When you cancel and return your rentals within 7 days we will return your deposit in full.

When your free trial period is over, your subscription is automatically extended at the price point of your subscription plan, plus any applicable sales tax.
If you cancel your subscription before your free trial period has ended, your credit card will not be charged.
Subscription fees are billed to your credit card on the first day after the end of your free trial period, and on the first day of each monthly billing period after that. Every month you will receive an email stating your next billing date.

Single Rentals

Easy. Select any title and add it to your wish list. Once you add any title to your wish list you can reorder the shipping priority. Any title at the top of your list will be shipped first (pending availability). Keep your wish list full so you can always have titles sent to you with no delays. Your shipping progress will be updated as the items are processed.
Any upcoming titles whose availability is labeled "Pre Release" can be guaranteed as a new release. Keep the title at the top of your wish list within 30 days of the titles release date and our system will automatically reserve it for you.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You may also use a debit card, as long as it is connected with either Visa or MasterCard. Your card will be validated at the time of account processing.
We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. A $75 deposit is required plus your monthly subscription fee. When you cancel and return your rentals within 7 days we will return your deposit in full.
If you add a new credit card to your account, an authorization fee of the subscription plan will be charged. We receive no funds from this transaction. However, some banks or credit card companies choose to reserve the funds, making them temporarily unavailable to your account. The authorization usually "expires" in 1-5 business days, depending on the bank or credit card company’s policy. If you have further questions about this, please contact the bank or credit card company.
Canceling your account is easy. Go to "Update Subscription" and "Uncheck to Un-Subscribe"
Please note:
Cancellation is effective immediately
You will not receive a refund or credit for unused rentals or partial billing periods
You will be charged for any rentals not returned to Animedeluxe within seven days of canceling
After canceling, you may not sign up for another free trial or other special offer
